Brief description
The project proposal is an entrepreneurial idea of a representative of small-scale coastal fishing in the Black Sea. It envisages the establishment of a Center for Outdoor Sports and Entertainment on the territory of FLAG Burgas-Kameno.
The benefits of the project`s implementation for the construction of the Center for Outdoor Sports and Entertainment are:
- Support for the diversification of the activity of fishermen and increase of employment in the territory.
- The included facilities for play and sports, which will develop the coordination and motility of children and adults will contribute to the improvement of the living environment in the territory of FLAG Burgas-Kameno.
- Complementing the main activity of fishermen by providing a place for selling the fisherman’s own catch. For this purpose, the applicant plans to set up a stand for selling fresh fish, which will significantly expand the number of potential buyers and allow fishermen to realize better profitability through direct sales to end customers.

Brief description
The project proposal includes purchase of equipped mobile site, consisting of two modules made of thermal panels, fully equipped with the necessary appliances for cooking activities and offers different types of food products and drinks. The beneficiary intends to set up a place to prepare fish, both from its own catch and to assist other fishermen in the region by purchasing their catch to invest in the final product offered to the customer. The use and preparation of fresh and frozen fish and aquaculture by the existing trade organizations in the region is envisaged. The beneficiary has entered into contractual relations with local producers of fruits, vegetables, milk and dairy products, etc., intending to implement them in the preparation of the final food products, thus supporting trade relations in various sectors of the food industry. The project envisages the opportunity to create one new job by keeping the existing four jobs in the organization.
